Of our three peppered flavors, the Simply Peppered hot-smoked salmon appeals to those who like it “just right.” Not too peppery, but with just enough spice to add a bit of kick, this peppered salmon walks the line of perfect flavor balance. While we don’t use any sugars or sweeteners in the brine (it’s just salt and lemon juice), please note that we do add a small amount of honey to the outside of this salmon, just to help the peppercorn stick.
