We used our Maplewine as a base for this flavor explosion, schmeared a thin layer of maple syrup on it, then used a light layer of cracked peppercorn as the final layer, to create our Peppered Maplewine salmon. This hot-smoked salmon, brined in salt, brown sugar, real maple syrup, and blackberry wine, then topped with peppercorn, offers just enough “kick” to give you that peppery-sweet flavor combination you’ve been craving!
