This traditional, lox-style, cold-smoked salmon has been dry cured with kosher salt, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and dill. Our lox has been smoked for many hours at a low temperature, creating a rich flavor and silky texture. We smoke whole sides of salmon, then hand slice it and pack it on foil boards for easy serving. Ready to eat right out of the package, our lox tastes great on a bagel (with cream cheese, sliced onion, and tomato), with eggs, and a variety of other creative ingredients!
