CEO of New York's EarthSpeaks,
speaks candidly about "the Smokery" salmon
Your fish is THE tastiest I've EVER eaten, and I've eaten a lot of smoked-fish,
being a New York Jew and all.
It is addictive and I mourned the loss as I ate the last piece. I actually
dreamed about it - no joke! It really is the best - I think it's
because you use a strong-tasting salmon with a strong sour/sweet, very smokey finish - the net result is very ballsy, and
yet the subtle taste is there too. And I personally love the sweet after taste. I didn't expect that, as it's sweeter than
I'm used to - but that was great.

It beats the salmon we can get in any of the New York gourmet shops and besides,
it conveniently gets delivered straight to my front door. It's become our standard gift...we were tired of bringing flowers
or wine to dinner parties...instead we have this beautiful smoked salmon delivered...it's a success each time!

This Irishman can smoke some fish! The smoked salmon is not only AMONG the
very best I have ever tasted, it is at the VERY TOP of the list. Honey, smoke and just a hint of sea salt and fresh pepper
leave you savoring every bite. If you like smoked salmon, you will love this fish!

You rock ! The fish is absolutely the best. Funny though, I want to pour a Guinness as I "nosh" on the "hot" smoked salmon
right out of the shipping container. The natural, sweet, smokey aroma hits you the moment you open it and lingers in your
mouth long after the last morsel. After devouring a half pound of the hot we moved to the two different cold smoked salmon.
Both were outstanding but since dinner was on the stove decided to save it for a Labor Day brunch complete with cream cheese
and the best bagels we can get in Brookline. The hell with the hot dogs and burgers! This holiday is going to be centered
around your smoked salmon!
I know we'll be ordering lots more especially with the holidays just around the corner. And I'm so happy to see PayPal as
your preferred way to deal with plastic via the net.
