Because we purchase only the highest quality raw materials, process them according to strict safety guidelines, and ship our products directly from The Smokery in temperature-regulated packaging, we believe that our smoked fish is as safe to eat as it is delicious and healthy. If for any reason, however, you are not completely satisfied with our smoked salmon, we want to know about it immediately. We will either refund all your payment or offer you replacement product.
